Garth Gaudry - Director Prof. Garth Gaudry is Director of ICE-EM at the University of Melbourne. He was previously Director of the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute (2003-2005), Professor and Head of the School of Mathematics at the University of NSW (1993-2003) and President of the Australian Mathematical Society (1988-90). He has also held positions at Flinders University, the Australian National University, Yale University, the University of Paris and Warwick University, as well as visiting research positions at the University of Genova, the University of Milan and the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He is known internationally for his research work in harmonic analysis and functional analysis, particularly singular integrals and multiplier theory. He is also the co-author of three books.

Michael Evans - Schools Project Manager Dr Michael Evans is responsible for the ICE-EM Mathematics program. He has a PhD in mathematics from Monash University and a Diploma of Education from La Trobe University. Before coming to ICE-EM, he was Head of Mathematics at Scotch College, Melbourne, and involved with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in various capacities. He has also taught in public schools.
