Terms of Trade

Acceptance
All goods sold on and from the above date are subject to the following terms.

Orders
Orders can be submitted by fax, mail, or email or via our shopping cart facilities on www.icemaths.org.au. If you pay on-line by credit card, we will send your materials immediately. Otherwise, your order will be filled upon receipt of the faxed, posted or emailed copy of your appropriately signed order form.

Delivery
ICE-EM, acting through its appointed distributor McPherson’s Printing Group, will arrange delivery to the address nominated. The delivery fee for each order, regardless of size or destination is $5.50 GST included.

Invoices
Where purchases are made on-line by credit-card, a tax invoice will be immediately available for downloading, otherwise tax invoices will be provided and sent by post independently of deliveries.

Payment
Payment of invoices is required within 30 days from the end of the month on which the invoice is issued.

Returns
Goods supplied in accordance with a customer’s order cannot be returned for credit.

Incorrect deliveries, damaged or faulty goods
In the events of incorrect deliveries, goods damaged in transit or faulty production, the customer should notify ICE-EM within 30 days of identifying the fault. If ICE-EM ask for damaged or faulty goods to be returned it would be at ICE-EM’s cost. Where the fault is confirmed, ICE-EM will, in accordance with the customer’s request, either replace the returned goods or provide a refund.

Ownership
The goods you order remain the property of ICE-EM until the invoice is paid in full.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Trade set out the sole obligations and liability of ICE-EM in relation to materials ordered. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability in respect to an order will not exceed the value of the relevant invoice.

Governing law
These Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
